Good set of issues. Hope most of this tech does not exist....but scared it does
The series is starting to lack focus and direction. It's becoming more about informing readers about our military industrial complex more than anything else. This volume has David falling into depression even though things were going very well for him. It also focuses on how old America's infrastructure is and how easy it would be to take out the power grid. The whole thing just felt like a lead in to a future volume.
The best volume of the series. Loren arc here is very well done. Too bad the rest of the series doesn't match this installment.
David falls into a depressed state and hostilities between Russia and ChinaOur genius-hero continues his work in developing weapons and suffers depression from killing people. He also suffers from romantic problems. Volume 5 continues his story. The fourth of several volumes, this now-in-colour series is written intelligently and well-illustrated. It is engaging and leaves the reader hungry for more. Recommended for lovers of intelligent story-lines.

Very intelligent, but dark high tech series. This volume also deals with personal issues: relationships, loneliness, PTSD, suicide, ...
