It is also a story of moral and professional corruption coupled with an unequalled incompetence within National and Local Government and a number of its agencies, primarily Thames Valley Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Commission for Racial Equality, the Legal Aid Board, Banbury Jobcentre Plus, Cherwell District Council, plus the legal system as a whole, which does absolutely nothing to protect hardworking, honest, taxpaying victims. This book will outrage you and will make you wonder what on earth your taxes pay for. Read it and weep.
So much happened with my dispute with this family, a dispute which started in 2000 and lasted for seven years when we took them to Court and were awarded £26,200 in damages plus the £35,000 it had cost us to get them to Court. By the Court date which was January 2007, I had long since run out of money and couldn't afford any form of legal representation for the preparation of the Court documents or for the management of our prosecution against these evil people. Two friends, Dan and Shirley Lavington came to our assistance and it is to them that I dedicate this book.
Night after night for two weeks, we prepared our attack, none of us had any legal experience or knowledge, in short we really didn't have a clue what we were doing, but we went to Court with no legal team, and kicked the Hos' and their expensive London Barrister all over the Court. Four and a half days later we departed the Court as outright winners.
To date, the Ho Daughter has paid us the £6061 that she was responsible for, but the disgusting parents have paid absolutely nothing and the legal system has no power to enforce the Court judgement. On a number of times that we have had them back in Court they always insist they have no assets, their house in Bicester which they paid for outright in 2000, has no mortgage but is registered in their Daughter's name, their previous residence in Hampstead which was wholly owned by the parents was sold for £535,000 six months after they purchased the Bicester property. Back in Court on several occasions they insisted they were poor Chinese people with no assets, claiming Jobseekers allowance in order to qualify for legal aid for the Court hearing.
I lost my business and my home because of these fucking shit houses, they done a runner to their bolt hole in Hong Kong for five years but they are back now, renting their house out for £1200 per month.
If you believe that an Englishman's house is his castle, you are living in LaLa land. Read the book to see just how the authorities, the Government, the Police, gang up against you if you are white English.
You would never had read a book that is so open and honest as this book, I have made no attempt to doctor what needs to be told, names have not been changed to protect the innocent because there aren't any, people and their organisations who deserve to be shamed have been named.
