I love to eat healthy and I'm a fan of Dr. Ornish's work. But I quickly learned I needed a lot more recipes to satisfy my body cleansing and weight loss goals!

So I've created a collection of delicious recipes to share with fellow weight-loss-focused fans who might be in same predicament I'm in.

It will give you detailed information on how to use the recipes, more about the Life Choice Program for Losing Weight Safely While Eating Abundantly diet, as well other useful tips. It’s chock-full of information and simply a marvelous book!

This recipe collection book will only give you just the essentials without fluff – more good ol’ recipes to satisfy your belly! Here's a sample recipe:

Basil Zucchini Frittata
Serves 6

Ingredients
1 & ½ cups shredded zucchini
½ medium yellow onion, minced
½ red bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
10 egg whites
2 tablespoons non-fat milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
7.Start by preheating the broiler.
8.Grease an oven-proof skillet lightly with cooking spray and then place over medium high heat.
9.Sauté the garlic, onion, bell pepper and zucchini for about 5 minutes until it has softened. Once done, drain any remaining liquid on the sautéed vegetables and return to heat.
10.Mix together the salt, pepper, milk, egg whites and 1 tablespoon of the basil. Add this into the sautéed vegetables and let it cook until the egg whites start to set.
11.After that, transfer the skillet under the broiler and continue cooking until top is nicely browned.
12.Drizzle with the remaining basil before serving.
