About the story:

Carnie Phelps has spent most of her twelve years of life building a city named Civilizanzibean out of Legos, K'NEX, Lincoln Logs, Jenga blocks, and anything she can get her hands on. While her father supported the hobby, her mother has seemingly kept a distance, wishing Carnie would spend more of her time focusing on her future. But when Carnie wakes up inside the city she'd created, she'll learn what it really takes to build a city ... and what that could mean about her future.
