Laurie has received email asking if that was her referred to on Portlandia. We don't know since there are two book writers with the name! Dr. Laurie Moore's characters are quirky yet very full and lovable. The novella in this book made it to the final read in a well known annual fiction writing contest. Can you guess which one? Or email the office Laurie won her first honorable mention for a national writing contest when she was in high school. She stepped away from writing fiction for many years to write songs but circled back around in 2011. More on the book now: Beau, the archer, seeks her focus through a target. She finds love through grace. Dong Sun Je, a Buddhist who becomes a Christian minister, intends to give care. Unexpectedly ostracized for his strong feelings toward a reformed prostitute, he finds himself abandoned. In facing this abandonment with full heart, he melts into the love of Divine Mother in all life. Laurie Alison Moore spins stories out of a mysterious love.
