Back from Europe, where he helped a band of vampire elders defeat an ancient race of mechanical angels bent on destroying the undead race, Eric is happy with his life. He’s in love with his vampire girlfriend, Siobhan, and has a job that pays well and serves as a cover for his work with the civilized vampires in his part of the world.

But his tranquil homecoming is interrupted when a mortal hacks into Fangbook, the vampire social network, endangering the secrecy of the undead. Eric is sent to investigate and is soon caught up in a series of adventures involving an innocent young woman, and an evil blood-drinker far more powerful than any Eric has faced before.

Eric, Siobhan, and their allies, both human and vampire, must risk everything to seek justice and vengeance against an enemy that all of them together may not be strong enough to withstand.
