Processing the past (Handbooks Book 1)

Processing the past (Handbooks Book 1)

Judit Berki
0/5 ( ratings)
“During my counseling work my experience is that almost every problem occurring during adulthood is derived from the unsolved traumas of childhood. A part of our energies are linked to these as long as we do not process these basic, emotionally difficult experiences. So we will only have the rest of them to manage our lives, therefore we will have less enthusiasm, joy and ambition, than we might really have. This is why, often, our personal life and professional life will not proceed as we want.

However, tracing down this process is worth the effort: The memories buried in the past, no matter how painful they are, hide a treasure: The message of our life task. The fixed energies come back to us, the memories of the past can be recalled again and we can move forward on the road of our lives freely and easily.”
