This is my first comic in I don't know how long. I needed something to tide me over until tomorrow night's episode. When I saw all the Game Of Thrones graphic novels at my local library I became a bit overly excited. This issue was a bit slow but enjoyable in my opinion. It reminds me a bit of a knights tale, haha. If you're a GoT fan, it'll keep you entertained between episodes.
Not seen a single episode of G.o.T even though it seems right up my alley.Really took to Dunk the lunk and Egg.A really good read and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.Good artwork and a good plot line. This obviously goes for the other five issues in the series as well.Worth a read.
George R.R. Martin, “The Hedge Knight: A Game of Thrones Prequel Graphic Novel” Issue#1.I really like the speech bubble text on one particular page:“On the outskirts of the great meadow a good half mile from town and castle I found a place where a bend in the brook had formed a deep pool.It was a pretty spot, and no one had laid claim to it.This would be my pavilion, a pavilion roofed with leaves, greener even than the banners of the Tyrells and the Estermonts. It had been a long day. I really enjoyed this. I got this from my local library so I hope they have the next comic in the series. I want to know more about the Hedge Knight's history.

The story itself isn’t anything amazing by any means, but it is very enjoyable and, as a graphic novel, a great way to look at George R.R. Martin’s world through a great artist’s perspective. The character cast, although small is very interesting and likeable. This is a st...
The backstory to GOT was very satisfying!
I enjoyed this collaborative novel very much. It imparted a great deal of information in its comic format, and I think this series will keep me satisfied until the final season of "Game of Thrones". The back story provides a good deal of context to future events in Westeros. The art work is amazing!
I really liked this. Really enjoyed the tourney and would’ve been happy to just watch it play out. But of course shit hits the fan and the stakes get raised by a lot. Very interesting and great introduction to these characters.
Fun read; nothing absolutely wowed me but everything was great.
awesome comic! loved it
