After Albert McClune witnesses a drowning during a fishing trip, he lives his life submerged in guilt and fear. When he gets his family's only treasure, a WWI rifle, taken from him by the town bully, he decides all he can do now is run away. He doesn't get far when he meets a strange young man who enlists Albert's help in tracking down and finding the lost treasure of Machine Gun Kelly. A treasure hunt through the rat-infested sewers and under-ground caves of Memphis ensues, all based on half of a map and an oracle by a local witch doctor. Albert will need all of the courage he can muster when he runs head long into every fear he has ever had along with the real dangers he has fought so hard to avoid.
