RTI is about using the knowledge, skills, and attributes of all members of a learning organization to positively impact the life chances of all students. Too often we lower our expectations on the basis of socioeconomic status, ethnicity, number of parents, or some other external variable. RTI has the power to address and reverse these historical injustices.
