The Chibok Girls abduction was a mass kidnapping of 276 schoolgirls by the militant group Boko Haram in Chibok, Nigeria, on April 14, 2014. The incident sparked a global campaign with the hashtag #BringBackOurGirls. As of today, over 90 girls are still missing. Recently, some news reports have claimed that another Chibok girl was rescued by the Nigerian Army and that she plans to marry a repentant terrorist.

Speaking to newsmen on her experience since the abduction in 2014, she said it was full of suffering. She said that she escaped with her husband in the night and was picked up by a military patrol team.
