Marked for Infinity: A Jersey Jacobs novel (Marked Series)

Jersey Jacobs is just trying to get through her mom disappointing, boss doesn't appreciate, male best friend looks better in her clothes life. She goes to work at a standard nine to fiver, and works out enough so she can still squeeze into her jeans while supporting her habit of various coffee shop pastries.

Like any standard twenty something year old JJ makes bad decisions while still trying to have a social life. She has a few tattoos that always looked phenomenal in her mind but horribly wrong on her skin. Luckily for her, her best friend Georgie helps distract her from her awful decisions by dragging her to different night clubs so see who can pick up the most men that don't look like they fit in great at the Jersey Shore.

One night at yet another jam packed night club JJ thinks she sees one of her bad idea tattoos flash across the wall in a play of lights. Shortly after that JJ's nondescript life goes into warp drive of things, and I stress things, trying to kill her and there is no way I can tell anyone any of this without getting locked up in a padded cell lifestyle.

A tall, sexy, I can finally get my mom off my back, fairy tells JJ he is her bodyguard, and she will definitely need one, because she has been marked by the powers that be as the Warrior. How has she been marked? The bad idea tattoos apparently are the cosmic joke to represent the tests she will have to endure in order to prove she is capable of working with the powers that be to be the Warrior.

As in any balanced universe, where there is good, there is also the bad. The forces of evil are going to be trying their damnedest to either get JJ to work for them, or to just out right kill her.

Now JJ has to pass a cosmic test, stay alive, stay on the good side, keep Georgie out of her closet, and still find time to avoid her mom while helping to plan her sisters wedding. Easy.
