Payback Week

Payback Week

5/5 ( ratings)
“Tony?”
Tony didn’t respond.
As an afterthought, Derek supposed it would have been difficult for Tony to respond to anything now that he was missing a head. His torch illuminated the wet stump of Tony’s neck: a pizza of gristle and bone and glistening wet flesh.
He stepped back, slapped by the brutality of the image. His torch beam shifted lower and he saw that Tony held a sign in his dead hands. It was a sign that Derek had often seen on the main gates of the park – a sign that was brought into service at the beginning of every themed or bargain week that the park ever ran. In jaunty letters, the same rainbow-coloured font they used for the Sand Hills Fun Park logo, the sign said: A WEEK’S WORTH OF FUN AT SAND HILLS FUN PARK.

---

Following the nightmare attack at Sand Hills Fun Park - a horrific incident involving a psychotic clown wielding a meat cleaver - normality starts to return for those who were most seriously affected.

However, one year later, something dangerous is again lurking in the darkened corners of the fun park. And this time, the payback promises to be more devastating than anything seen before.
