Essentially, why wait until one’s earthly demise to celebrate a person’s life? Mal, with the assistance of two close friends and his wife, formulates a business plan to address, what he believes to be a glaring ‘gap in the market’. The clients comprise, a ‘Ripperologist’, determined to reveal ‘Jack the Ripper’s identity to the world at the inaugural event, feuding former rock-star twin brothers, a practical joke obsessed ‘ex-Great train robber’, an overly sexed, terminally ill Cavapoo dog and a 90-year-old, ex-Windrush, Caribbean lady.
