BLURB IS OUT!!!Expected publication: September 3rd 2013And a gorgeous cover!!!!When it comes to passion this hot, it’s all or nothing.
5 Stars.I don’t even know where to start. The emotion that flows through Everything For Us, is so strong I literally feel wrung out and exhausted now it’s finished. I am happy too, deliriously so, because for me this book highlights just how freaking talented Michelle Leighton is. My massive author crush for Michelle is in part due to the Bad Boys series, I discovered her through Down To You, I fell in love with the Davenport brothers, and as they say the rest is history. Everything For Us bring...
Seriously! Need this! Want this! You know the saying..... "It is a matter of Life & Death"...... well for me it is a matter of my sanity! I need a blurb!I need a release date!I need a ARC! Update 15th March 2013So life has been hectic and I have not really had a chance to stalk up and coming books. Jumped onto this book right away to see if there is any update!WE HAVE A DATE PEOPLE!.......... SEPTEMBER! Do you know what could happen between now and September?!?!? The world could en
Ummmmmm... seriously what the eff happened with this book??? Beyond that hot Beer Scene... the whole book missed something. For me it was just too much angst and not enough of something... action perhaps.Considering that Nash was/is a rough around the edges brother I expected hotness not asshole. I love me an asshole in a story but he was just pure asshole and I had a hard time liking him.Overall it's a good book and a somewhat good resolution to a GREAT first 2 books of this series.
2 - 2.5 Disappointing Stars Warning: This is not a glowing review and my review may contain information that could spoil things. I did not intentionally try to spoil anything. It's just how I strongly felt about this book. I wish my rating and review would have gone a different way as I truly enjoy this author's stories. I'm not one to generally write negative reviews but I felt strongly about this one and therefore I'm writing this review. I'm in the minority on this one when I say: I found thi...
COVER & BLURB for EVERYTHING FOR US (Bad Boys #3) by M. Leighton. Release day is September 3, 2013. When it comes to passion this hot, it’s all or nothing. Olivia Townsend’s wealthy cousin Marissa had everything a girl could ask for—a great job, a privileged life, and all the friends she wanted. Or, at least, all the friends money could buy. But one case of mistaken identity has turned her privileged world upside down.An abduction gone wrong lands her right in the lap of the sexiest, most dange...
TEASER from EVERYTHING FOR US“They’re just parts, like any other woman’s,” she replies breathlessly, trying to be casual.“I’d be willing to bet your parts are exceptional. In fact, now might be a good time to warn you that if we come back to this library, I’ll find out for myself. In this very spot. I’ll push you up against the books in the corner and I’ll put my hands on you. I’ll do things to you. In the quiet. And you won’t be able to make a sound. Not a whimper, not a moan. You’ll have to bi...
I loved the first two books but in all honestly, I struggled with this one. It just never grabbed my attention. I found myself skimming over it. It seemed like most of the book was just describing Marissa's feelings/thoughts, but not a lot really happens. I didn't feel like Nash and Marissa really had a lot of chemistry either. This could have been because of the way Nash treated her. He was far from gentle. He never had a lot of positive things to say to her. He basically walked away every time...
If you haven’t read the first two books GO NO FURTHER!Marissa NashBeauty and the Beast; or more aptly, the spoiled rich bit#h and the man whose life was stolen…This book is one huge wake up call for Marissa, and it was refreshing to see her in a “human light”. I’d like to say the kidnapping really helped put her life in perspective. But where she is finding her feet and testing the waters in one area, she is drowning in the other. The poor girl just can’t get a firm life raft. And Just when she
BR with Jo and Sammy!DO NOT read this review unless you've read Down to You AND Up to Me. This review WILL reveal spoilers from those books, so I strongly suggest you read those books BEFORE you read this review!I will be perfectly honest, I hated Marissa in Down to You, she was a total bitch to Olivia and even though she seemed like she changed in Up to Me after being taken hostage by the Russian mafia, I wasn't completely sure that she had changed OR if she did that she was going to be able to...
Hmmm. Yes, I'm definitely curious to see where this story is going.. Altho I must admit I am not a Marrisa fan per se.
Major Spoilers if you haven’t read the first two books in this series. The last installment of The Bad Boys series left me with mixed feelings. I LOVED the ending! Perfect for Olivia and Cash and for Melissa and Nash, however, I have varied thoughts on the rest of the novel.Melissa and Nash are the main focus of Everything For Us, and to be honest I was a bit worried I’d have issues with Melissa because she was so horrible in book one. I barely recognized her in this story. Seriously, she felt li...
Am I going blind or does the description say 'with Nash'???? :O rushes to read the second book to figure wtf is happening
★★★★ 4 Second Chance Stars! ★★★★ NOTE TO READER: DO NOT read this review if you haven’t read books one and two of The Bad Boys trilogy. There will be some major spoilers for the first two books. Okay... carry on :D Don’t let the past dictate your future. Move on. I wasn’t sure how much I would like this book... lets face it, Marissa was not a likable character in the first two books. Olivia’s older, spoiled, rich an downright mean cousin. Marissa has had something happen to her. So...
If you haven't read book one and book 2 in this series be warned this review has spoilers for book three. "There comes a time in life when every man meets the woman who changes the game, who changes him. You're the one." I seriously don't want to review this book. I will start by saying I didn't hate it and I'm not bashing it,....I just couldn't get into it for a while. *sigh* This was one of those books that I was desperately waiting on. Maybe I put too much hype on it. I don't know. For me...
So as much as I love Cash, if I had to pick only one twin to keep it would be Nash! I think Nash really is the 2 of them all rolled into one perfect man! Nash just does it for me! ;) He is brilliantly smart, protective, & caring, but he is also this huge, sexy, brooding, rugged, beautiful man! I can just picture the long hair, scruffy face & those tats. :) He is Cash with an edge to him. Yummy!!! I thought he was so cute how he tried not to cuss in front of Marissa. I really thought this story w...
**BR With Sara & Sammy** Let me start by saying if you have not read the first two books in the series, Down To You & Up To Me, I would do so before you read this one. Nash is sexy, mysterious, moody and seems to be broken. After having been in hiding for the past 7 years, he is out for revenge. He is full of guilt and anger over having been sent into hiding and his twin brother Cash leading a double life as both himself and Nash. Nash thinks that Cash has had it easy and after what he has been
Note to the reader… there is no way I could write this review without divulging spoilers from Down to You and Up to Me. The storyline flows from one book to the next. If you have not read the first book of the Bad Boys series, stay far away from this review. This is a spoiler free review for Everything For Us. Everything For Us is the Bad Boys series finale. *sniffles* The story picks up exactly where we left off in Up to Me. Marissa Townsend was kidnapped due to a bad case of mistaken identity....
WARNING ! IF YOU HAVE NOT READ DOWN TO YOU (BAD BOYS #1) AND UP TO ME (BAD BOYS #2), YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW AS IT WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM THE FIRST TWO BOOKS!I will admit that I was hesitant prior to starting this novel because I HATED Marissa in the first two books. She was rich, spoiled, snobby, and completely rude to Olivia, her own cousin! In the second book, Up to Me, the Russian Mafia mistakenly kidnapped Marissa instead of Olivia when they were trying to gain leverage a...
This book picks up where Up To Me left off...basically with Marissa trying to get her life back on track. She went through a horrible experience but thankfully it wasn't as bad as it could've been. It was just enough for her to question who she is and...what she's doing. Is it enough for her to make some life changing choices? I have to say that the last ten percent of the book is what saved it for me because as much as I wanted to forgive Marissa and believe that her intentions were pure, it's
