Never played - or even heard of - Darkstalkers until earlier today. I figured I'd be a little lost, reading a comic about a computer game that I was completely ignorant of. However, I really, really enjoyed it! It held my attention, the plot was interesting, the characters were unique and the artwork was stunning. Wish there was more of it. ...Might have to check out the game.

Better than I thought it would be. Remarkably well-developed story for a video game property.
