SPOILER ALERT: I did in fact finish this one, despite the fact I stopped nearly every chapter and thought about chucking it. Caletti is in fact a decent writer, so I stuck it out in the hopes that the style would be matched at some point by the plot or the characters. I was worried that this was going to be a 3.5 star book, but Caletti saved it with a really sweet ending. Indigo isn’t perfect and neither is this book, but it sure was a fun ride. Even when I wasn’t completely enjoying the book, the unique cast of characters made up for the pacing and plotting flaws.
