Great pictures!
I bought this book for my mom, but I read it first and it was awesome. Ken Regan had access to huge names from 1960-1990's, so this book has a lot of photos of The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan. Some of the photos are truly beautiful and it's awesome to see some of these behind the scenes moments. Regan also has good stories about his subjects. I would recommend this to anyone and my mom loved it.
Sumptuous. Life size photos! The best picture of Bob Dylan ever taken, and many of Keith Richards as well. And Janis Joplin. If you're a Rolling Stones fan this is the book for you. I could go several lifetimes without seeing any more of Iggy Pop (every time a band didn't show up at The Grande Ballroom, Iggy was in the wings, twitching to get on stage), but there's only a smidgen of him.
