The human society is comprised of families. Islam has specified the rights and duties of husband and wife, parents and children.
The book is divided into two parts, the first part examines the duties and responsibilities of women in the family. In this section, the purpose of marriage is stated, and then these duties and responsibilities for women are mentioned. Living with one's wife, having good character, respecting one's husband, creating a peaceful environment for family members, maintaining the Islamic hijab, and so on. The second part of the book is devoted to the duties and responsibilities of men in the family. Some of the duties of a man are mentioned as follows: protecting the family, taking care of his wife, loving his wife, respecting his wife, being good-natured, overlooking mistakes, ignoring fault finders. In this book, the rights and duties of men and women in the family are explained by referring to the verses of the Holy Quran, the prophetic hadiths and the Shiite imams.
