Kai Damian is an author who dreams of changing the world. For now, she focuses on writing books that she hopes will both entertain and inspire.

Kai draws her inspiration on a myriad of things, such as a childhood spent under communist rule, moves across the world with nothing but a dream, assisting surgeons in the operating room, building strategy in the high-tech world, and being a keen observer of human nature.

Healers is Kai's first novel, and the first book in the Carpe Terram Trilogy. She's currently working on the second book in the trilogy, Rebels, which will be available during the second half of 2012.
