Kenneth Schneyer was nominated for both the Nebula Award and the Sturgeon Memorial Award for his story, "Selected Program Notes from the Retrospective Exhibition of Theresa Rosenberg Latimer". His fiction has appeared in Lightspeed, Uncanny, Strange Horizons, Analog, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Clockwork Phoenix 3 & 4, Escape Pod, Podcastle, Pseudopod, and elsewhere. This first collection, The Law & the Heart, appeared in 2014, and his second collection, Anthems Outside Time and Other Strange Voices, appeared in 2020.

He is a 2009 graduate of the Clarion Writers Workshop, and a member of both the Cambridge Science Fiction Workshop and Codex Writers. He studied theater at Wesleyan and law at Michigan, and is now Professor of Humanities and Legal Studies at Johnson & Wales University.
