Jean-Pierre Andrevon is a French writer of science-fiction and fantastique. He has used the pseudonym Alphonse Brutsche for novels published under the Fleuve Noir label. In addition to his regular authorship, he has written scenarios for several prominent comics artists, among others Georges Pichard and Caza, resulting in a body of comic book work. He has also edited a number of anthologies of French science fiction.

Awards :
–Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire for La fée et le géomètre in 1982 and Sukran in 1990
–Prix Julia Verlanger for Le Monde enfin in 2006
–Prix Masterton for Le village qui dort in 2002.
