Richard R. George has been an elementary school teacher, principal, youth worker, children's pastor, youth pastor, and marriage and family counselor in his professional career. He is a published poet, free-lance writer, speaker, and playwright. He has authored "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "James and the Giant Peach", and "Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator" . He and his wife Sue have four children and eleven grandchildren and presently live in East Amherst, New York where he serves as Shepherding Pastor at The Chapel at CrossPoint.
