Victor Aronovich Duvidov Russian graphic artist, painter, book illustrator, Honored Artist of the RSFSR , People's Artist of the Russian Federation , laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation .

His parents were - Spanish anti-fascists, died during the Spanish Civil War . Victor was taken to the Soviet Union . Since 1937 he was brought up in the family of Moscow doctors Aron and Elena Duvidov. The surname and patronymic were given by the adoptive parents.

In 1941-1943 he was evacuated in the Gorky region. In 1944-1950 he studied at the children's art school of the Krasnopresnensky district of Moscow.

In 1955 he graduated with a diploma of an art editor from the faculty of artistic and technical design of printed materials of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute .

Since the late 1950s Viktor Aronovich has been an artist of children's books. Has designed more than 200 publications.
